How to apply: Open the cap & plug. To get the right quantity for application, squeeze the bottle until solution rises close to the rim. Then release it. 1 ml of the solution will remain in the neck while the rest will go back. Apply the solution on the affected scalp area with the dropper provided. Spread the solution evenly with your fingertips. Close the bottle tightly after use.

Dosage: 1 ml twice a day or as per doctor’s prescription.

My Experience: Minoxidil is used to treat baldness and promote hair growth. Mx-2 helps in re-growth of hair though it does not stop hair fall. The product comes in a transparent blue plastic bottle with transparent liquid. The packaging is quiet attractive and convenient as it is spill proof and only required amount comes out .The result of the product can be seen in two weeks only as you can see small hair growing. The product has a strong smell which reminds me of clinic plus shampoo. The product causes headache for sensitive nose people like me but you do get used to it. The bottle lasted me for almost two months which is sufficient for the price I’m paying.

Hi everyone, this is my first post and today I'm starting this new blog by reviewing an anti dandruff lotion which is quite effective.

About the product: Kenz Lotion was prescribed to me by my doctor for dandruff. It is to be used as a shampoo. the color is brilliant blue and smells like a cough syrup. It is to be used twice a week.

Price: Rs. 150.00

Composition: Ketaconazole IP 2% w/v
                      lotion base                 qs

How to apply: Take a coin size amount and massage onto your scalp.

My experience: When I first used it, the dandruff was noticeably reduced but my hair became dry. Next time I washed my hair with a mild shampoo and then massaged the scalp with it and washed off. My hairs were cleaner and softer as it is to be used only on scalp and not hair. It also reduce itchiness in scalp. However, you have to keep using it or dandruff reappears.

Cons:

• makes hair dry (if used on hairs)
• dandruff reoccur

Overall rating:

   Kenz lotion is effective but you have to use it with shampoo. So. I'll give it 3.5/5.
